Hi! Adding repo-intel to the Monitoring section.

repo-intel is a GitHub Action that monitors competitor GitHub repos and delivers AI-powered strategic intelligence digests as GitHub Issues. It tracks:

Commit velocity and acceleration
Release cadence and version changes
Contributor activity and team growth
Issue/PR throughput
Strategic signals (HIGH/MED/LOW prioritized)

It runs on a cron schedule in GitHub Actions and requires no external services — just a GitHub token.

Usage:

- uses: oxnr/repo-intel@v1
  with:
    repos: 'facebook/react,vuejs/core,sveltejs/svelte'
    github-token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}
