Adds the Archyl conformance check action to the Static Analysis category.

It validates a codebase against its documented software architecture (C4 model) and conformance rules, and can fail the build as a CI quality gate — a static-analysis check for architecture rather than code style.

One-line entry, Title Case, appended at the end of the Static Analysis list.
