From the testing we've done, this seems to work as expected on Android 9, but not Android 10

Describe the Bug

The clipboard never clears when using Android 10 regardless of what you have it set to.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the Bitwarden Android App
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Options
  4. Change "Clear Clipboard" to 10 seconds
  5. Navigate back to My Vault
  6. Tap Login
  7. Tp on any item with a password
  8. Tap the copy button next to your password
  9. Wait longer than 10 seconds and attempt to paste into any text field (I used messages)

Expected Result

The clipboard is cleared and you can no longer paste your password.

Actual Result

Regardless of the time, you wait the clipboard never clears and you can paste your cleartext password.

  • Device: Samsung Galaxy S10, Also reported on OnePlus 7T, and Pixel 2XL
  • Operating system: Android 10
  • Build Version 2.3.1 (2351)
  • Is this a Beta release? Tested on both to include the latest build on AppVeyor

Additional Context

Also Tested on Razer Phone running Android 9 and was unable to reproduce.
