Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install Bitwarden Android app from Play Store.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Log in using a valid Bitwarden account (email + master password).
  4. Login process succeeds, but the app does not proceed to the vault screen.
  5. The app remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely.

Expected Result

After successful login, the app should load and display the vault normally.

Actual Result

The app gets stuck on the loading screen after login and never reaches the vault page. The app becomes unusable unless force-closed or data is cleared.

  • OS: Android (HyperOS / MIUI-based, default system configuration)
  • Network: Occurs on both Wi-Fi and mobile data
  • App state: Fresh install and existing install both affected

The issue has been resolved after downgrading the app.

I uninstalled version 2026.1.1 and installed Password Manager version 2026.1.0, and the app now works normally. Login succeeds and the vault loads correctly without getting stuck on the loading screen.

This issue appears to be specific to version 2026.1.1 on my device.
