I am not sure why accessibility services would affect that, however, according to my Googling, you can disable secure boot, enable the service and then enable secure boot again and it should work.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
