Follow-up to #5857

📔 Objective

After the original fix, builds would not function properly. It appears that bundle does not allow quotes in the arguments, or handle them properly. This PR removes them from those processes. To avoid template injection vulnerabilities in the future, we should likely move these arguments to env variables or another method.
