The registerExport function in ProviderEventsManager and CredentialExchangeRegistry now returns a RegisterExportResponse instead of a Boolean.

A placeholder RegisterExportResponse class has been added.

The StubProviderEventsManager has been updated to return a RegisterExportResponse and provide canned data for importCredentials for testing purposes.
