Add the ability to autofill and save card brand information.

The following changes were made:

  • Added brand property to AutofillCipher.Card and AutofillSaveItem.Card.
  • Updated AutofillRequestExtensions and AutofillCipherProviderImpl to include card brand.
  • Added brandSaveValue to AutofillPartition.Card.
  • Implemented card brand detection in ViewNodeExtensions and HtmlInfoExtensions.
  • Updated CipherViewExtensions and AutofillSaveItemExtensions to handle card brand.
  • Added SUPPORTED_RAW_CARD_BRAND_HINTS in ViewStructureUtils.
  • Added extractCardBrandValue in AutofillValueExtensions.
  • Added CARD_BRAND to AutofillHint enum.
  • Added AutofillView.Card.Brand sealed class.
  • Added toLowerCaseAndStripNonAlpha string extension.
