📔 Objective

The HeadersInterceptor has been moved to the network module. Clients now provide userAgent, clientName, and ClientVersion when creating a new instance.

Redundant implementations and tests in app and authenticator modules have been removed.

Updated all usages of HeadersInterceptor to use the new implementation in network and also updated related tests.

Added FakeInterceptorChain for tests to network/testFixtures module.

Moved redundant HeaderUtils constants to network module and made them internal, where appropriate.
