📔 Objective

This commit introduces a new ui module that will house common UI components, types, and utilities.

The following changes were made:

  • New UI Module: Created a new module named ui.
  • build.gradle.kts: Added build.gradle.kts for the new ui module with necessary configurations for the android library, such as compile sdk, min sdk, and release type configurations.
  • proguard-rules.pro: Added proguard-rules.pro to ui module.
  • consumer-rules.pro: Added consumer-rules.pro to ui module.
  • settings.gradle.kts: Added the :ui module to settings.gradle.kts to include the module in the project build.
  • README.md: Created README.md file in the ui module providing a description of the module and its compatibility details.
  • .gitignore: Added a .gitignore file to the ui module to ignore the build folder.
