Steps To Reproduce

On my Pixel 10 Pro with Android 16 I have two Bitwarden accounts, I am usually logged in with my personal account but sometimes I need to use my work account. When I go to a website requiring credentials saved in my work account I open Bitwarden normally from the shortcut above the keyboard (which means that it opens with my personal account) and switch to my work account.

Expected Result

This should result in Bitwarden loading the credentials saved in my work account.

Actual Result

Bitwarden gets stuck in the loading screen with the spinner.

Are both your personal and work accounts BW EU cloud accounts? Or is at least one of them on a self-hosted Bitwarden server?

Hi there,

I attempted to reproduce your issue and was unable to do so. I'd ask that you perform a clean reinstallation of the Bitwarden app using the steps below:

  • Uninstall the Bitwarden app
  • Restart the device (perform a full power cycle, shutting the device down completely and then restarting it)
  • Reinstall Bitwarden from the download link below
