📔 Objective

This PR adds back the typeWindowContentChanged event to the accessibility service xml file. This change will cause the app to listen to UI changes much more aggressively and should alleviate an issue where the service does not always trigger after clicking on the tile.

This is currently on hold to verify its effectiveness.
