This PR updates the key-connector APIs with a few minor changes:

  • custom url APIs have the /user-keys appended to them.
  • The sync API includes the KeyConnectorUrl property.
  • The KeyConnectorMasterKeyResponseJson uses a lowercase k in the variable name.
