📔 Objective

This PR updates the MDM functionality.

  • The MDM data is only applied at startup and is applied before the EnvironmentRepository applies any of it's changes.
    • It is no longer applied on foreground.
    • It is no longer applied when the value is changed in realtime.
  • When applying the MDM server URL, we completely overwrite the previous values.

  • All formatters and local linters executed and passed
  • Written new unit and / or integration tests where applicable
  • Protected functional changes with optionality (feature flags)
  • Used internationalization (i18n) for all UI strings
  • CI builds passed
  • Communicated to DevOps any deployment requirements
  • Updated any necessary documentation (Confluence, contributing docs) or informed the documentation team
