Objective

Update our SECURITY.md page to include a link to our HackerOne security program. Closes #1539.

Code changes

  • SECURITY.md: Trimmed down the specifics of the HackerOne program and instead linked to it, but left the general guidelines in-tact. Scope of program is maintained on the HackerOne team page (linked).

  • I have checked for linting errors (npm run lint) (required)
