📔 Objective

Migrate ConfigService and its implementation (ConfigServiceImpl) to the network module, and remove them from the app and authenticator modules.

Updated references to ConfigService in ServerConfigRepositoryImpl and the platform repository modules. Also, moved the test file ConfigServiceTest to the network module and updated it's package.
