Steps To Reproduce

  1. download https://github.com/bitwarden/mobile/releases/download/v2024.6.0/com.x8bit.bitwarden-fdroid.apk
  2. After the installation is complete, set up the settings in Bitwarden. When you open the notifications, they will automatically turn off, and they will do the same when you turn them on again.

Expected Result

I expect that after he turns on the notification switch, it can remain in the on state.

Actual Result

After the notifications are turned on, they get turned off.

Your issue appears to be describing the intended behavior of the software. If you want this to be changed, it would be a feature request. A feature request exists for this here on the Bitwarden Community Forums: https://community.bitwarden.com/t/android-allow-notifications-to-work-on-f-droid-version/49596

We use GitHub issues as a place to track bugs and other development related issues. The Bitwarden Community Forums has a Feature Requests section for submitting, voting for, and discussing requests like this one: https://community.bitwarden.com/c/feature-requests/
