Describe the Bug

On a Samsung Tab 3 when the user taps Log In from a fresh install the application crashes

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Download the app on a Samsung Tab 3
  2. Open the app
  3. Tap Log In

Expected Result

User is presented with the login screen

Actual Result

App Crashes

Environment

  • Device: Samsung Tab 3
  • Operating system: Originally reported on 4.4 replicated on 5.1.1
  • Build Version 2.3.1
  • Is this a Beta release? No (
