[PM-28322] Bitwarden android shows empty nested folders in organization vault view. #2386

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open any org vault view.
  2. Create some folders and nested folders in it.
  3. Add items to the some of the nested folders and leave the rest empty.

Expected Result

Currently org vault view shows only folders with items (from the selected org) on the root level. This should be be case in the deeper levels too with no empty folders shown.
This is how the nested folders are shown in the desktop client, extensions and the web as well.

Actual Result

However when you go into level 1 and any deeper level, this changes and all empty folders (that have no items in them for the selected org) also are displayed with item numbers shown as zero.

Additional Context

Subfolders items count shown as zero is already fixed in a PR that was merged.

This is not just a duplicate of https://github.com/bitwarden/android/issues/6049.

That issue was related to subfolders counts only. This issue has empty folders (with no items from the selected org) showing up all over org vault views. This bug has been around for a long time unlike the former that started occurring the recent builds.
