Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to any site/app that requires SMS OTP on any payment portal using debit/credit card.
  2. When such screen is reached and OTP is entered, Bitwarden asks if we want to save it as password.

Expected Result

Bitwarden should not ask to save OTP(one-time password) as password.

Actual Result

Bitwarden asks to save OTP(one-time password) as password.

Issue is there since a long time. Previously reported on older version of the Bitwarden Android app https://github.com/bitwarden/android/issues/3324 and bounced around among repos.

  • Device: Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate
  • OS: Android 15

Delete Branch "%!s()"
