Original GitHub issue: https://github.com/bitwarden/android/issues/6591

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '...'
  3. Scroll down to '...'
  4. Click on '...'

Expected Result

Copying credentials using the Bitwarden Chrome extension does not place anything into the Windows clipboard. However, the same action works correctly in Microsoft Edge on the same machine.

This suggests the issue is isolated to Chrome rather than Windows or Bitwarden itself.

Actual Result

Copying credentials using the Bitwarden Chrome extension does not place anything into the Windows clipboard. However, the same action works correctly in Microsoft Edge on the same machine.

This suggests the issue is isolated to Chrome rather than Windows or Bitwarden itself.

Another user here.

I think you're completely wrong here, as your issue is now tagged as for the dedicated Bitwarden Authenticator App on Android. Issues with the browser extensions have to be reported here: https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues

And tip: The Steps to Reproduce are helpful as Bitwarden will want to reproduce your issue. Without this, it's less likely they can do that. -- And furthermore, the "Expected Result" is meant as "what you expect to happen / what should happen" - and the "Actual Result" should describe "what actually happens, and what seems to be wrong or a bug in your opinion". (it's not helpful, when your expected and actual result seem to be the same)
