Steps To Reproduce

  1. Re-install Bitwarden 2025.1 from Play Store on Google Pixel 8 Pro
  2. Login using bitwarden.com
  3. Enter username/password/2FA token
  4. Wait for My vault to load

Expected Result

My vault to load and show stored credentials

Actual Result

My vault fails to load after a long time with the spinning wheel.
Error message 'We were unable to process your request. Please try again or contact us' is displayed.

Additional Context

Internet connectivity is fine. I can login to https://vault.bitwarden.com on Firefox, and general internet browsing is fine.
I can also get past the authentication/2fa so there is some connectivity to BW servers.
Re-installing the app did not help.
Manually triggering Sync vault throws the same error.
My account has TOTP based 2fa and is a Premium account.
My initial Bitwarden instance had vault synced previously and manual sync failed, hence the re-install to try and fix it.
