Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a collection
  2. Add a cipher to the collection
  3. Assign a member view only permissions to the collection
  4. Attempt to add the cipher to a folder

Expected Result

The member cannot edit any cipher field, but is still able to add the cipher to a folder in their vault.

Actual Result

An error message appears "You must assign at least one collection" and saving is blocked.

Additional Context

It is possible to assign a folder to a cipher in a read only collection through the web vault, so I assume this is an android bug rather than intended behavior
