My Solution

I had to upgrade my Vaultwarden server (now Version 2024.6.2), and now it is all working ok.

I had the same issue, able to log in but no passwords show, only We were unable to process your request. Please try again or contact us. Web app and chrome extension worked ok. I have another account that is hosted at bitwarden.com and that also worked fine in the app.

2024.11.5 (19461)

What server are you connecting to?

Self hosted using Vaultwarden.

Self-host Server Version

Vaultwarden Web Version 2024.1.2 upgraded to -> Version 2024.6.2

I had the same issue since the past 5-6 months. Saw this issue and upgraded Vaultwarden from 1.32.0 -> 1.33.2 and it works now! Thank you @seem-less👌
