Attachments won&#39;t decrypt #184

Can you try logging out and back in on the device and try again to see if that changes anything?

Logged out of all my devices
Logged back in to the browser, deleted attachments
Logged out, logged back into browser, uploaded PNG attachment
Logged out of browser, logged back in, still cant see attachment in item view.
Synced mobile after logging back in, Still says "cant decrypt"

Tried with spaces in PNG file name, without spaces, and also tried no-space JPG. Same results

No console error during upload.

The only thing i can do is Download the attachment in the browser/web application. On the phone I cant do anything.

Are you suppose to be able to view it in the browser?

No, you can only download attachments. There is no "view" option.

Okay, so then yes i can download the attachment in the Browser (hopefully one day we can view them) But i cannot download in Android, says cant Decrypt.

Are you able to decrypt other information about the shared item that the attachments belongs to or does everything about that item show "cannot decrypt"?

All other fields decrypt as expected. I just checked my wifes account too and hers also shows "cant decrypt"

web application on both Brave browser and Chrome browser. (not the extension)
I didnt see any console errors after the upload.

Just tried on a new Item, created in the web app (not imported like the other attempts), under a shared organization, it works in the browser but in the android app it still says "cant decrypt"

Uninstalled android app, reinstalled. Attached img using camera, saved item. Then it acted like it was going to show an attachment then disappears. No attachment visible on Item or attachment page. DIdnt work.

EDIT: permission are all turned to ON as well.

If i try to attach by clicking on Documents (the two options are documents or camera) then i select a document ( i tried PDF and JPG), i select it and it just returns me to the Choose File page with no attachment selected. Doesnt work either.

@rtloeffler So I just tested the jpg that you shared with me and it all works as expected on my Nexus 5X. Filename is shown properly and I can download and view the photo of your vehicle. 🤷‍♂️

You don't happen to have another device available to try out do you?

@rtloeffler Ok, I see now with your screenshot. You are in the add/edit page for attachments, not the attachments download area (seen from the page regular view page). I can reproduce that now.
