Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Obtainium
  2. Click on update bitwarden 2025.4.0
  3. Results in Update to 2025.5.0 (20269) cannot be done, because of:
  • Downloaded package ID does not match existing app ID - com.bitwarden.authenticator [Bitwarden]

Version in use:
2025.4.0
com.x8bit.bitwarden
versionCode 20100
targetSdk 35
minSdk 29
Installed: 28 okt 2024;
Updated: May 4 2025;

Expected Result

Normal update as usual through obtainium

Actual Result

Update not possible

Hi @Mikey0175,

It sounds like your Obtanium config is finding the Authenticator release instead of the Password Manager release. Both Authenticator and Password Manager app releases are included in this repo. You will need to modify your Obtanium config to exclude Authenticator releases.
