Expected Result

TOTP seed added.

Actual Result

iOS: Cant read authenticator key. Android: Sometimes it crashes, other times you get can't read authenticator key.

Additional Context

Tested with accounts.synology.com as well as other QR codes. All resulted in a failure.

Hi @joshuabjordan, we took a look at this and were unable to reproduce this issue on our end using the latest production release.

Attempted to reproduce on iOS. I was able to successfully scan the 2FA QR code for GitHub and it worked as expected:

  • using iphone SE on iOS 15.4 with version 2.17.0 (1626).

Attempted to reproduce on Android. I was able to successfully scan the 2FA QR code for GitHub and it worked as expected:

  • using Android 11 OS on version 2.17.1 (4531).
