Describe the Bug

The auto-fill service is not working when using the Samsung browser in Dex. This looks to be due to the Bitwarden Accessibility service getting disabled when used with Dex.

Steps To Reproduce

Start Samsung Dex.

From tablet screen, open Bitwarden app, go to settings/Auto-fill services/ All four options are selected.

From Dex, open Bitwarden app, go to settings/Auto-fill services/ The Use Accessibility button is now in the off position. Click Use Accessibility/Installed Services/ and Bitwarden shows On. Turn Off and re-allow Bitwarden. Use Accessiblity is still off.

From tablet, open Bitwarden app, go to settings/Auto-fill services/ The Use Accessibility button is still in the off position. Click Use Accessibility/Installed Services/ and Bitwarden shows On. Turn Off and re-allow Bitwarden. Use Accessibility is On.

Note: As long as the accessibility service remains On, the auto-fill works equally well from the Dex screen or the tablet screen. Work around is to not open Bitwarden app in Dex and to unlock the database from the tablet before using on Dex so the app isn't opened on the Dex screen.
