📔 Objective

This PR updates the content description for the TopAppBar overflow menu and the individual item overflow menus. In both cases, the content description has been updated to be More options. Additionally, I have added an isVisible property to the BitwardenOverflowActionItem which reduces the amount of nested code surrounding the menus.
