Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'in phone 'Settings'. '
  2. Press on 'Users and Accounts'

or

  1. Open the 'Bitwarden Password Manager App'
  2. Go to 'Settings'
  3. Go to 'Auto-fill'
  4. Go to 'Transition Key Management'

Then --> under the 'Passwords, passkeys, and accounts' heading,
there is no Bitwarden Password Manager option
in the 'Preferred service'
and 'Additional Services' sections.

Expected Result

I can't use my passkeys. I can't store my passkeys in Bitwarden. I can't use my device as a Security Key that works with Bitwarden.
These features aren't working. There seems to be a compatibility issue between the device and the Bitwarden app.

I want to be able to use these features. The menu I mentioned should also include the Bitwarden Password Manager option.
I request that this issue be fixed.

Actual Result

I want to use Bitwarden to manage my passkeys. However, in the phone Settings, under the 'Users and Accounts' menu, under the 'Passwords, passkeys, and accounts' heading, there is no Bitwarden option in the 'Preferred service' and 'Additional Services' sections. I can't set Bitwarden as my password manager, passkey management application, or preferred service.

I can't use my passkeys. I can't store my passkeys in Bitwarden. I can't use my device as a Security Key that works with Bitwarden.

The problem may only be related to the settings menu. Because today I opened the Fennec browser and tried to log into an account. It asked me to select one of the Security Key service manager options, and Bitwarden was among the options. But I realized by trying that one of the options that appeared belonged to Bitwarden. There was no option labeled "Bitwarden" among the options; there was an unnamed option, and it didn't say "Bitwarden" on it. Also, there was no Bitwarden logo on this option.
However, when I selected this option, Bitwarden worked and I could log in with the key. This is how I realized that the unnamed option was Bitwarden.
The Bitwarden Security Key service only worked in the Fennec browser; the Bitwarden Security Key service still does not work in other apps and browsers.

In the settings I mentioned, there is no "Bitwarden" option in the preferred passkey service selection section of the passkey menu.

However, I noticed something. For the personal profile, there is no "Bitwarden" option in the menu I mentioned, and there is no Bitwarden account option for synchronization (the Bitwarden synchronization feature also does not work).

However, in the work profile section (directory) of the passkey menu, the "bitwarden" option is available in the preferred additional services options and can be configured and activated.

The bitwarden app is installed on both my work profile and personal profile.

The problem may be OS ROM-related.
This is because there are some incompatibility issues in the work profile settings.

However, there are no issues in the personal profile settings.

I guess (unlikely) that when the work profile is created, some settings related to the personal profile may be corrupted.
I was only able to use the Bitwarden Security Key login feature in the Fennec browser. I cannot use this feature in other applications and other browsers, so I cannot log in with the Security Key thanks to Bitwarden.
