Empty custom field crashes app #120

I added a new login via the Windows Chrome browser extension that had a bunch of custom fields, and found that it crashed the Android app if I tried to 'View' it, although I could 'Edit' it - except that it crashed if I tried to open the 'Custom Fields'.

When I checked the custom fields using the Windows Chrome browser extension, I found that there was a custom field at the bottom that was empty (no name, no data). When I deleted this empty field, saved the login, and resynced the Android app, the problem had gone away.

Maybe the custom fields editor should be deleting empty or incomplete custom fields on 'Save'...
