Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'bitwarden authenticator'

Expected Result

app should open up

Actual Result

im on android 10, i think it may be that my phone is too old and i dont know where to find an old version apk of the thing so

Hi there,

I attempted to reproduce your issue and was unable to do so. Are you able to perform a clean reinstallation of the Bitwarden Authenticator app using the steps below?

  • Uninstall the Bitwarden Authenticator app
  • Restart the device (perform a full power cycle, shutting the device down completely and then restarting it)
  • Reinstall Bitwarden from the download link below

Please reopen. It's still an issue. See latest comments in the play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bitwarden.authenticator), many users facing this issue.
