What happened?

I just wanted to say that I ran into the same issue https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/issues/2734 and nordigen's (gocardless bank data) has been upgrading certificates for the last 5 months and only two banks are working!

How can we reproduce the issue?

So this is just an FYI for others running into this issue...
