What happened?

When viewing multiple months the highlight of the months you are going to see when choosing a new base month is barely there.

To recreate:

  1. choose to view multiple months budget
  2. hover over a range of months to select
  3. see that the hover effect is hard to see

This is from trying to select May-Oct
