What happened?

Reproduced on SAFARI and CHROME.

Reproduction:

  1. open transaction table
  2. click "filter"
  3. select "category" or "payee"
  4. select one of the options
  5. filters menu closes; no option is selected

I think this was broken by: https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/pull/1605
