Read your blog post and just installed the product to try it out. Going to add the project to my OSSRank database and I'd recommend that you consider a monorepo as an OSS project which will help you with OSS metrics (stars, commits, contributor counts) and avoid confusion where to find things (for example you have a /docs directory in this repo but also a docs repo) - when I want to get latest docs, do i find them in actual project or the actual-server project - I'll forget, have to check both etc.

Just a thought, and congrats on making a hard decision :)
