What happened?

Using hsl colors for reports. The outer circle of the concentric donut chart was black for all colors using hsl colors. When they were changed to hex, it worked fine.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Use hsl colors for report colors.
Make a category + group donut chart.
See the issue.
