Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

I have loads of imported transactions, but most of the payees have ugly names. In order to make the names nicer i need to create rules. However, creating rules currently requires going to the "rules" page.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

It would be really nice if we could create rules from the transaction table. Basically a new entry in the existing menu for "create rule".

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
