Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

I am really appreciating the display of notes on hover over the notes boxes. However, the display is instant and can get in the way when working on the budget.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

This is just a quality of life request. Is it possible to incorporate a momentary delay to the reveal of the note? Just enough delay so that the notes do not pop up unintentionally when scrolling through the budget?
