How to duplicate this issue: if you git clone this repo and then follow the instructions to launch the electron app, you will encounter the following error:

FATAL:gpu_data_manager_impl_private.cc(415)] GPU process isn't usable. Goodbye.

Some research turned up that this is an error in Electron 12 used by Actual.

So I assume this is across distros. The latter link says it was fixed in Electron 14 and backported to 13.
