The GoCardless integration README referenced a Google spreadsheet for bank identifiers that no longer exists. Since new GoCardless connections are no longer supported, the spreadsheet is not being maintained.

Nice! I think as adding new GoCardless connections is no longer possible we can remove the link and put a note to say that the sheet no longer exists, rather than coming up with an alternative.</comment_new>
