Hey team,

ElfHosted have been offering hosted Actual hosting to a handful of our users since James Long gave me the go-ahead in Nov 2024, and I know a few of our Elfies are / have been active in the Actual Discord server.

This PR adds ElfHosted to the README as an additional way to deploy Actual.

If there are any questions / suggestions, LMK :)
