Description

Under current behavior, Actual shows incorrect currency decimal formatting if the decimalPlaces variable is set to any value other than 2. This PR does not fix the underlying cause of this unexpected behavior, but at least allows all currencies to be displayed correctly while a fix is found.

Related to #6954

Testing

Values appear to be multiplied by 100 when the currency to JPY or KRW, which has decimalPlaces=0 in the current release.
