Summary

Adds two community themes to the custom theme catalog, based on the Gruvbox color palette by Pavel Pertsev.

Both repos contain actual.css at the root on main, MIT-licensed, with attribution to the original palette author.

AI disclosure

Per the AI usage policy: I asked Claude to build Gruvbox themes for Actual Budget and to submit them to the catalog because I like the palette and wanted to share it with the community. Claude produced the CSS mapping, the repo scaffolding (README/LICENSE), the catalog JSON edit, and the initial draft of this PR. I installed both themes locally in my Actual Budget instance and confirmed they render correctly before endorsing the submission. I'll handle all reviewer replies myself — no AI-generated replies.

  • Installed both themes locally via Settings → Experimental → Custom themes → Gruvbox Light and Gruvbox Dark applied without errors
  • Reviewer confirms the catalog previews render with the 6-color palette
