Description

Currently, we allow editing/deleting and duplicating of transfer transactions, even if their counterpart in the other account is reconciled. We should at least prompt to confirm that first.

Try deleting/editing/duplicating transfer transactions where the other half (not being edited) is reconciled in the other account
