Description

When opening a PR, the following text on the GitHub website is shown:

 Try running yarn generate:release-notes *before* pushing your PR for an interactive experience. -->

The link, when followed, takes you to the archived docs for actualbudget, and does not give any advice as to writing good PRs as the file does not seem to exist. I believe it should instead lead to: https://actualbudget.org/docs/contributing/#submitting-a-pull-request
