Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

I would like to balance my networth as a real estate investor, my mortgages are showing up but there are no assets provided by zillow as other aggregators would do.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

I use the following script on google sheets to pull home value

=importxml("https://www.zillow.com/homes/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/","//*[@id='home-details-home-values']/div/div[1]/div/div/div[1]/div/h3")
