What happened?

When I try to edit the Notes field for a transaction that's on the same day as another transaction, I can no longer use the mouse to move the cursor within the text field or highlight text. Clicking doesn't do anything, and dragging to select a chunk of text just activates the drag-and-drop functionality introduced in #6653 .

How can we reproduce the issue?

  1. Open a specific account.
  2. Create two transactions on the same day.
  3. Input some text into the Notes field for one of the transactions.
  4. While editing the Notes field, click in the middle of the text field.
  5. Nothing happens. The position of the cursor should change to where I clicked, but it doesn't.
  6. While editing the Notes field, click and drag over a range of text.
  7. The entire transaction gets picked up by the mouse for reordering with other transactions. While I'm actively editing the text field, clicking and dragging within that field should select a range of text like normal.
