Verified feature request does not already exist?

  • I have searched and found no existing issue

💻

  • Would you like to implement this feature?

Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

HI
Hope ive added this in the right place.
Loving Actual Budget for 6 years now, keep up the good work.

It would be really useful to be able to split my schedules out somehow, between, Leisure, Essentials (home bills) and work.

We could either have separate schedules, or still have one schedule but colour code entries. ie
Green for leisure, amber for household bills, and red for work.

Also there seems to be no way of reording them, they are only in Next Date order.

The reason for this is I find myself making separate spreadsheets to track monthly ins and outs, so I can easily see where the costs are going, what I can adjust or cull. The scheduler in Actual could be much more useful and help us track our finances.

Thanks for listening, I realise your all busy, its just what I would like to see improved.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Colours might be too complex especially with theming. You could put emoji in the name and filter on those already, I find that quite useful.
