What happened?

I restarted my Actual Budget PikaPod and launched. I signed in and decrypted. No SimpleFIN sync works. I get a error notification in the bottom right, and the last sync column shows Unknown for all orgs. Clicking the sync button doesn't do anything. No syncs since December '25.

SimpleFIN reports accounts are OK.

How can we reproduce the issue?

  1. Log in
  2. Get sync error alert
  3. Go to Sync screen
  4. Observe "Unknown" in last sync column
  5. Click Sync button
  6. Spins for half-a-second, stops, and does nothing

Where are you hosting Actual?

Pikapods

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox

Sounds like you are clicking "sync" at the top. Not "bank sync" in the account page

Nothing in that screenshot. Go the all accounts page and click "Bank Sync"
